THE WORKERS' BENEFICIARY


The Workers’ Beneficiary is a proletarian-aligned party, devoted to the welfare of working class citizens and the prosperity of civil society under Our Benefactors.

Although it has its roots in Neobolshevism, the party leaders insist on adapting the principles of Marxism into a unipolar Combine-aligned world.



MISSION STATEMENT

Through the apparatus of world government graciously provided by the Combine, The Workers’ Beneficiary strives to create a classless society where human intolerance is completely eradicated, instinct is subjugated to social consciousness, and all people benefit in the name of posthuman progress.

At the local level, they pursue their aims by operating within the Chamber of Binders, as well as involving themselves in various CMB organizations at all strata of society. In addition to serving as a platform for working class concerns, they also collect and publish information on ongoing social and economic issues, as well as regularly draft strategic proposals to the governing Combine bodies for appropriate action.




POLICY AIMS

The City 8 chapter of the Beneficiary pursues the following policy aims:​

I. Enshrine the Citizen’s right to civil demonstrations; protect their ability to express social infections via Chamber of Binders legislation.

II. Creation of civic trust quotas for Civil Protection, requiring a set amount of Social Merit points to be given out per week to ensure consistent social mobility among citizens.

III. Abolishment of class distinctions in ration intake and housing; basic provisions to be distributed according to necessity, patronage and Chamber of Binders discretion.

IV. Creation of worker cooperative organizations, where production agenda is controlled by the common workers rather than directorate decrees.

V. Inauguration of a District Court, where citizens who have suffered systemic anti-workforce injustice can appeal for compensation and punitive action.

PARTY STRUCTURE​

Each chapter of The Party is identical in structure and equal in authority to one another, although there is an informal respect for General Secretary Viktor Nikolaevich Krasnov, founder of the City 17 Workers’ Beneficiary, the first among many.

(Head of the party and public figurehead. Handles recruitment, appoints roles when necessary, negotiates the interests of the party with higher authorities. Serves with partisan approval - can be voted out & replaced at any time by the Politburo.)

(The lieutenants. Voted in by partisans, appointed by GenSec otherwise. Aids with recruitment, organizes public efforts, negotiates the interests of the party with the middle and working classes. Convenes regularly to make collective decisions. Can be voted out & replaced by partisans with GenSec oversight.)

(The workers of the world, the backbone of the party. They may be appointed specific titles depending on their specialization. e.g a member working for a news organization would be given the title ‘Secretary of Information’. They benefit from the collective resources of the party at all times, provided they show consistent alignment with its principles.)

Parasites, and the Limits of Our Benefactors' Tolerance

We are a diseased people.

We always have been. Ever since man crawled out of the caves and formed the first social units, we have been ailed by the natural forces of feudalism, capitalism, tyranny, disenfranchisement.

Today, in the Age of Combine (20 AC), we are liberated from our own worst impulses; but this liberation has given way to an entirely new, wholly unnatural disease: Futurism.

In his latest publication, 'The Futurist 2-Month Action Plan', Auro Casto attempts to dazzle you with a déluge of empty promises and tall orders he has no hope of fulfilling. His objective is not merely to steal your enthusiasm, but, as the critical reader must discern - to disguise his true intent in a corporate fashion. I declare to you that there is only one quote that is worth discussing in the entire document, a glimmer of Casto's honesty amid his lies, and it is this: "begin mass investigations into the loyalist strata and the unions to root out dissidents."

This means daily, constant audits by paranoid redshirts - an excuse to break into your home, rifle through things, and take anything they deem passé. Civil Workers - this means the halting of your industry (to which Futurism is an enemy, not a friend) as your Director and your administrative staff come under public humiliation when their loyalty is questioned before their guilty-until-proven-innocent court. Civil Protection - this means the usurpation of your duties under the banner of futurism, an era of maskless thugs who will dispense with you as they claim to be the new arbiters of justice.

All the while, the anti-citizens responsible for the Warehouse 3 incident need only hang back, and watch our society cannibalize itself. When we ask 'who benefits?', we are tempted to a grave conclusion about the nature of this movement.


The truth is plain, my friends. Casto is a well-educated bourgeoisie who demands you sacrifice yourself so that he may continue to live out of a middle class condominium and eat steak for breakfast every day as he watches his xen gladiator games on TV, while you pay the ultimate price for his flirtation with extremism.

In the Citizen's Debate, we contended that it is harder to grow a plant, than it is to destroy it. The Beneficiary promises growth; where the simple-minded futurist only promises destruction. But as these weeks have unfolded, we have seen that a flower can sometimes be a parasite unto others, and its existence may threaten the collective. The futurist is one such parasite, a mind virus that preys on discontent.

And we have learned that when faced with a parasite - it is best to grasp it firmly, and root it out with force.

Long live the Beneficiary.

Does Wallace Breen Lie? The Future of Combine-Proletariat

Skeptics. Shall we reason with them, or shall we cut them down?

In my lengthy service to CMB, I have had the opportunity to reason with many who question the inter-species contract. They doubt the words of Citizen Breen, they worry the suppression field will be a permanent fixture of our species; they are frightful of being exploited, and thereby becoming extinct.

We cannot fault these citizens for their hesitation, just as we cannot fault a child for asking too many questions. These reluctant souls are helpless prisoners to their own instinct; they wish desperately to believe in Our Benefactors, but their fears must be addressed with articulation in order to free them from their cerebral cage and allow them to join the rest of us in the fraternities of loyalism.

We proclaim that Wallace Breen speaks only the truth - the suppression field has a definitive expiration date! This is rational and inevitable. But more than speaking the truth, Citizen Breen entrusts us with a grand duty; to bring about a universal revolution of collective self-mastery, and thus shed the need for masters altogether.

Our reproductive privileges will be earned not merely when we shed the need for it, but in that same vein, when we align ourselves wholly with the interests of the Combine and the proletarian dictatorship; and by extension, align the purpose of propagation with respect to producing explorers, trustees, brothers in enterprise. No life shall be wasted - all life shall serve the cosmic expansion. And as we resurrect our ancestors through the wonders of CMB, the knowledge of our fathers will allow us to stand on shoulders tall enough to extend us into the dimensions.

The goal of Neobolshevism is to do away with all forms of rule. To bring about the universal revolution and complete the integration of our species without so-called 'intermediaries'. When the proletarian ascends to true citizenship, he will render the bourgeoisie and its enforcers obsolete. Aspects of administration and protection will become the transitionary measures of yesteryear. All men will be identically valued in the eyes of Overwatch, and serve the interests of our dimensional collective of their own accord. This is what is meant by the dictatorship of Combine proletariat. Not merely in starry-eyed notions of "equality" (for one can never grant equality to the enemies of the people, high and low), but in unity of purpose, in union with the rest of the species considered worthy in our enterprise. For as the Gunship and the Strider needs no 'intermediaries' (who exploit gaps in our understanding of Our Benefactors, much like the pre-Lutheran church) nor 'coercion' (the allure of classism and destructive individualism), in time, we will realize the very same fate for ourselves.

More than technological, we must look to our social evolution. We already hold immortality, resurrection, and the folding of space-time at our fingertips; we need only imbue ourselves with the discipline to wield it responsibly.

This is the final epoch of our species. Let us bring about tomorrow. Sooner, rather than later. Let us live to see it.

He is succeeded by Yevgeni Bezukhov, the new General Secretary of the City 8 Workers' Beneficiary.

Agwe Mitchell is appointed to the political bureau as the first act of General Secretary Bezukhov.

A brief overview of The Beneficiary's victories in the political arena, revised for citizen consumption.

DISTRICT REVITALIZATION ACT (by A. Mitchell)
Installs a ration coupon dispenser for all working citizens - ensuring no one goes hungry even when they miss a shift.

Halts all production of middle-upper class rations and recycles the excesses into working class packages.

Removes all class restrictions for business ownership; all business buildings are open to all citizens.



CIVIL CODE COOPERATION ACT (by Y. Bezukhov)
Demands that the citizen knows the laws he is subject to; authorizes the publication of the Combine Civil Code.

Creates an easy line of communication between the Chamber of Binders and the Ministry of Civil Protection.


CLASS RECOGNITION ACT (by M. Balakov)
Recognizes class division as a blight upon the City 8 cooperative; seeks to provide a remedy through the Chamber of Binders.

Allows the Chamber to grant social merits to deserving citizens by vote.

Allows the Chamber to subtract social merits from deserving citizens by vote.

Minimal Class now requires -2 social merits; giving much needed leeway to maladjusted citizens before they are deprived of ration benefits.

The Workers' Beneficiary is devoted to the tireless pursuit of Combine socialism.

To this end, all interested citizens are welcome to join the effort to realize the universal revolution.

Its author, a notable figure in the Combine administrative circles, has disappeared completely from public life, neither affirming nor denying its authenticity.

The True Meaning of Conspiracy

Is a farce. A lie. 'Conspiracy' doesn't exist.

It's a meaningless slogan wielded by whomever happens to be in power at the moment, against whomever happens not to be.

There is a rot within the Combine. A deep state malaise of internal resistance by the very people who claim to make the cogs turn.

Interim Global Authority is a hollow pit that offers no legislative future.
Ministry of Civil Protection are a decadent den of materialists who are ideologically bankrupt; who care more for preservation of their little corner of short-sighted tyranny than the greater order of Our Benefactors.
Civil Workers' Union is no union at all; lead by an industrial despot who deliberately holds back technological advancement in favor of endless food production, in some strange plot of stagnating the species.
Amaria Industries is a capitalist parasite that eats the state from inside out.


In imperial China, when a ruler strayed from his duty to the masses, the people mobilized to depose him. They called this the Mandate of Heaven. They regarded this as a sacred obligation, and their commitment to that obligation secured the longevity of the empire. Today, we use China's provincial administration system as a basis for the Sectorial model.

We must follow in their example. We must invoke the Mandate of Our Benefactors, and claim the mantle of universal responsibility to correct the course of our wayward enterprise, for our ministers have surely lost the right to the mandate with their actions.

To that respect, I lay down the final tenets of loyalism.


THE TRUE CITIZEN

I. Overthrows his leaders when they have grown complacent, incompetent, visionless, malignant.

II. Uses any means necessary to bring about the Universal Revolution; violence, accelerationism, cooperation with fringe elements.

III. Understands that we are at war. Does not make a distinction between 'innocent' and 'guilty', but between 'class allies' and 'class enemies'.

IV. Fights not with hatred of The Combine, but with the love of Our Benefactors in his heart; a love which transcends petty human lawmakers and self-obsessed enforcers.

V. Surrenders himself to the authorities when his work is done, and the Mandate of Our Benefactors is ready to be given back to the state - accepts whatever may befall him for his sacrifice. He distinguishes himself from the anti-citizen in this respect.

The legal measures no longer work. They have been corrupted by selfish, instinct-driven capital owners and businessmen posing as administrators. The workers must conduct an open revolution against the Civil Authority. To be civilized is not to be docile, but to invoke violence when civic duty beckons.

Remember; inaction is conspiracy - perhaps the only true meaning of conspiracy.

Prohibit your leaders from threatening Wallace Breen's vision by any means necessary. Neobolshevism is the final stepping stone of our social and cosmic evolution. All else is a hindrance and a tool of the anti-citizen.
