Short Description: - If there is a quota failure on the automated work shift machine and you place a Civil Workers Union ID card onto the machine and then take it off again it will for some reason revert and say that the quota was a success. This also results in the quota failure reason disappearing as well.
Steps to Reproduce: - Have an automated work shift machine have a quota failure, place a Civil Workers Union card onto it and then take it back off.
