Short Description: Make the quenching effects of Purified Water cans stronger. It takes like 2-4 to bring your thirst status up one, which is dumb, considering it's literally an entire can. Makes trying to rehydrate yourself a hassle, as you exhaust your entire water supply that you just collected. Yes, we can replenish it by purifying more, but there's the odds of failing to take into account as well, plus it's inconvenient.

Purified water is intentionally bad to discourage people from using it too much to the point where there is little reason to actively seek out proper water cans from civilian businesses. Purified water cans replenished your thirst far more back in Lancer 1, and the exact problem I just mentioned occurred, so they had to be nerfed pretty hard to ensure citizens continued to purchase water cans from stores.
