Suggestion Fixed Citizen Animations

Short Description: When citizens hold pistols for example, the NPC doesn't look like it's holding a pistol, rather an MP7 of sorts. This mod aims to fix that by replacing it. Maybe it can be used to make holding a pistol on the server more immersive.

after looking at the animations through pac3, i fully support this and think this will benefit the server
