Accepted /highlight command

Short Description: So basically, in cases where one is role playing in a large area with other players, its hard to focus on certain characters' lines of text while one role plays with them. Therefore I suggest to create a command that, when triggered, highlights a particular characters lines of In Character text.

It doesn't have to be something obnoxious, but when initiated, A little '[!]' could appear on the players chat next to the lines of text from the character the player has decided to /highlight

I figured the says (to you) text in the chat as well as the distance-based message fading coupled with the color-changing based on focus that is built into Clockwork by default would be enough to distinguish who is talking to you, but since several people are supporting this suggestion, I'll see if I can add a manual way to hyper-focus on one person.
