Short Description: Remove blur health effects unless at critically low HP. Despite taking extremely small amounts of damage (I only lost %5 health), I was under a very harsh blur effect that hampered my vision and would've made any S2K engagement a game-over. Here's a pic.

Are you sure this isn't the cold effect? You shouldn't be getting that at only 95 HP. Or maybe you lost more and you didn't realize?

nah it wasn't the cold. i did take one hit to the head which sent the head integrity to 1%, but my health overall was 95%. i would've screenshotted but i've since healed.

Oh, right. Yeah, if it's a headshot, that happens. It's intentional. You got shot in the head.

i know that, but still. it obviously wasn't that hard of a hit if i was at 95%. also i'm running out of ic excuses to survive headshots... :(

Your armor probably absorbed most of it, that's why.

yah it did. would it be possible to at least dial it back a smidge? just for gameplay purposes.
For gameplay purposes, it should stay to encourage people to go deal with it instead of ignoring it. If you get hit and get that, well... consider yourself very lucky, and accept that you're out of the fight. I've seen people ignore injuries for days on end; I won't make it easier to do. Sorry.
