~A HL2RP passive event~
Massive green clouds can be seen ominously approaching City 8, threatening the residents with toxic, lethal gas. Birds from the skies are falling to the ground, lifeless, surrounded by those who didn't act sooner. Where did this come from? How did it come to be? These are the questions that the Administrative Board has left unanswered, and leave us to only speculate. Is it coming from an industrial sector? Did something go wrong? Is it something new that we haven't seen before? How long will it stay?
This is what everyone was thinking, when they were putting on their gas masks, preparing for its arrival.

This is a passive HL2RP event that will last for approximately a week, starting the moment this announcement is posted.
How will people respond to it? What will the repercussions of this event be? How will this effect the future?
