Suggestion: combine balls (the secondary fire option on the ar2)

Suggestion: basically the tweaking of the combine ball to expire much quicker, the ball would only be able to kill one thing before expiring
Why it would be worth adding: never seen a server not use the combine ball + it would be a nice thing to have as opposed to it never being used
Necessary content: coding tweaks

We are currently using the Half-Life 2 weapons, which are not lua-based, meaning it is impossible to make changes to them as far as I am aware. And even then, if and when we do switch to a different weapon base, eg CW2, TFA or anything else, I will not bother spending time on an alternative fire mode for a weapon that will be used by a faction that is seen once a year, that has the possibility of ruining a mission by teamkilling, not to mention that it would be unfair for the opposing party.
