Residents of the City 8 cooperative are invited to observe and/or partake in the first Citizen's Debate Night, where Auro Casto (The Futurist Faction) and Illya Vanishevski (The Workers' Beneficiary) will be making an appearance to discuss crucial issues concerning all citizens, such as:

I. Recent food shortages in the district.
II. The correct treatment of anti-citizens.
III. The status and purpose of enslaved vortigaunts in society.
