Character default inventory: Survival equipment such as water, food etc, backpack, black trousers with a big puffer jacket. A shiv and a axe.
Character physical description: A Caucasian male donning a pretty full backpack, some black trousers and a puffer jacket. A big grumpy brown beard that does not seem to have been shaved in a while. Green eyes with a small scar over his left eyebrow. His height is around average.
Short character backstory: A man originally from the United States of America transported all the way over to City 8 after the invasion of the Union. He would establish a decent life being a business worker and having enough to put food on his plate. He'd be pretty unknown to the rest of the city he lived in due to wanting to keep a low name to not be involved in any trouble. However sometimes he'd have an attitude which would lead to being beaten by Civil Protection. He hated the fact that he was getting beat and wished for some sort of protection. This is when he got sent to Terminal 6, he'd be broke with no house to live in. This is when he found the NICo and became an official member being able to get some sort of place he could live in and a meal on his plate.

Character physical description: A figure fitted with a standard transitional authority uniform, along with a kevlar vest covering the chest and the necessary equipment.
Short character backstory: Born in Jyvaskyla, the third most biggest city in Finland - Aino lived a mediocre life among his parents. Freshly graduated from Finland's University of National Law, he developed a passion about various system of rules created by the government institutions - gaining him sort of experience into understanding what are the rights and not thus coming with various ideas for new set of rules, laws and so on. He started his campaign in smaller cities around his native country, where he purposed various statements and laws in favour of the citizens.

The storyline halts, cause is interrupted by the Combine invasion. Virtanen is relocated in various cities, trying to find his way to adapt to the new circumstances. Due to enormous propaganda flooding the city, he decides to enlist into Civil Protection. From ordinary day-to-day tasks, he decided to turn the tides and volunteer as Transitional Authority in Terminal 6.

Character physical description: Typical Japanese female | Tattoo visible around her neck and arms | Wearing a black jacket, and utility work pants | Duffelbag slung across shoulder.
Short character backstory: Jitsuko Nakayama lived in Tokyo for her entire life, she was sentenced to a female correctional facility before the 7 hour war, When the war was over, Jitsuko was pulled from prison and thrown into the society the combine had established. After that it didn't take long for her to be sick of the life, and fled the city, to later join up with the House of Kusari. Here she was taught the art of camouflage and secrecy. She was also very knowledged about working with mechanical and technical products, Her short, but hard time in prison had given her her improvisational nature.
