Bug Vortigaunt is unable to warm up

Short Description: - Simply put, my vortigaunt is unable to warm up at the car fires in the Condemned Zones, or areas where perhaps there would be some warmth. As for the fires, there have been two instances where I stood by them for about Fifteen to Twenty Minutes each and the level hasn't gone up. Other Vortigaunt players have expressed this issue too

Steps to Reproduce: - Setting your temperature level to a low setting and standing by a fire for an amount of time

I am unable to reproduce this. Standing in warm areas seems to warm my vortigaunt character up as expected. The warmup process is generally really slow and doesn't instantly get reflected on the character status. Just don't let it get down to freezing in the first place.
