Bug Water cooling down

Short Description: - After boiling water, it's impossible to cool it down to drink safely without losing health.
Steps to Reproduce: - Boil water, and pour it into any container.

I was told to report this if the water wouldn't cool down on its own after being put outside of the inventory.
