backstory: His story begins in his first relocation to city 17 industrial sectors, He was part of a resistance group called "the movement".The group was lead by a person called " Commander Artie" a german military Lieutenant, sadly during a JW, the whole group was brutally murdered by the Overwatch Transhuman Arm while Scott was inside the city part. He was not able to bear the guilt he felt for not being there for his brothers. He knew about the water's mind-wiping powers, he started drinking the water until he was relocated to city seven where he was still drinking it...But as the time he drank more and more, he was starting to get immune to it. After the water was no longer effective he started remembering more and more stuff again.
