The discord poll was a tie. Since Discord itself selected 'No', and I myself was reconsidering the hustle that this feature would cause, I'll deny it, for now.
Denied. The default attribute points that come with Clockwork are 30; they were deliberately lowered to pull away from the focus on stats and attributes and push it more toward roleplay.
I suppose this would solve it, but it might be too much. And how can staff track when the last admin reset happened? It'd either have to be yet another feature or more manual documentation work for admins. It all just sounds like extreme overkill for the benefit that it would provide.
How would you exactly display to the player that a recognition is/has decayed? Should they just become unknown after a few days? Should letters or words start disappearing? Should question marks appear at the end?
Also, what's stopping a player from just spamming F2 on the same person the first...

This is unfortunately an issue that has plagued HL2RP for over a decade, not just Lancer... I don't think it will ever fully go away, no matter how hard we try.
In that case, I suggest you fill in our roleplay quality report form with the names of CPs who you feel behave unrealistically like you described, so the QC team can investigate and understand exactly what sort of behavior falls under what you mentioned.
