The second most popular city of Japan Osaka, acting as a typical post occupation urban centre, with notable land marks such as the Osaka Castle being used as an Overwatch Nexus similar to the one in city eight. The defining difference of this location would be the rivers which had turned bad due to the miss-use and abuse by the combine using the rivers as a network for importing and exporting goods. In addition these harbours maybe a strong and reliable method to export and import goods from other oversees sectors*
