what would electronics do?
what would the saw be, a melee weapon?
what would the powersaw be, a melee weapon tripling as a method of breaking into containers and cutting locked doors open?
what would the blowtorch be, an IC way of getting through metal walls and cumbean locks?

For the electronics, I'm pretty sure they're already in the crafting menu this would just be a way to craft some.
For the saw, it could lead to other crafting recipes I.E making a wooden board I suppose it could be used as a weapon if you want to use it that way.
For the blow-torch, it would also lead to more crafting recipes and you could use it to break into locks for metal walls, and I'm not sure you understand how long that would take. But it could also lead to making IC stuff, like welding a bunch of metal pieces together to make some sort of shield.

would make sense, i'm thinking of it like either maverick's torch from R6:S or a typical blowtorch used to weld materials
