Autonomous Pulse Sterilizer Gun Platform
The APSGP, also known as 'Combine Turret' or 'Sterilizer' is a fully autonomous tripodal pulse weapon used by the Combine to guard Chokepoints or other Vital areas. It is one of the many human technologies adapted by the Combine for their own use after the Seven Hour War. Combine Turrets are often deployed by the Combine as static defenses, used to guard areas that are infrequently patrolled, or as a means to supplement a larger defense network already occupied by Overwatch forces. The guns are fitted with small handles and are light enough to pick up and place by hand. When not in use, they are generally stored in small Force Field-equipped lockers inside Combine outposts, as well as inside the Citadel.

The APSGP incorporates a visual sensor into its main body, allowing to immediately detect intruders in its sightline. Once activated, it will sound an alarm and after a brief delay, it will open fire. Upon losing sight of its target, the turret will scan the area ahead by moving its upper body back and forth, before returning to its inactive state if a target does not reappear after several seconds. The gun also utilizes a limited A.I., separate from Dispatch, which allows it to distinguish enemies from allies by actively scanning for a biosignal. The APSGP may be remotely accessed through a computer terminal, for repairs, maintenance, or otherwise.

The turret is loaded with large amounts of pulse energy rounds which are also utilized by the Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle. Its current status can be determined through a small colored light near its gun barrel.
Red means that the turret has successfully identified an enemy and is (about to) open(ing) fire.
Orange means that the turret has lost sight of its target and is currently scanning the area in front of it in an attempt to re-acquire visual contact.
No Color means that the turret is in an idle state.

If the turret is knocked over, it will activate, sound an alarm and begin spraying rounds towards the direction of its upper body, while also rapidly moving back and forth. This is used as a self-defense system in an attempt to neutralize the entity which knocked it over. After a couple of seconds, it automatically shuts off. If it is later repositioned upright, it will re-activate and go into it's searching state for a couple of seconds, before reverting to its Idle state.

Thank you for the constructive criticism and feedback.
What about the OSIPR, Overwatch armor (Including the differences between the standard armor, the shocktrooper armor and the "elite" armor), dispatch / overwatch, a lot of other cool shit and stuff?
