Suggestion:
Player exhaustion after prolonged running. Effectively 'damaging' the players stamina bar until the player drinks some form of beverage. If the player were to drink tea the stamina bar would be restored however it maybe less affective to restore it compared to drinking water.
Why it would be worth adding:
I believe it's worth adding due to the fact that running you stamina bar dry then holding ctrl until it recharges isn't exactly the realism we're aiming for. It also can't be a 'forced' mechanic because no one really runs for long periods of time in the city or in their day to day life.
