Why it would be worth adding: These props could seriously improve the look of certain prop builds, be it by Rebels or something in the city like a small store on the side of the street.

We have plans to introduce a unique building system into the server, similar to Rust, mainly for the Resistance in the outlands, but until then, something like this is not really needed.
