Proctor Cole stands at an average 6 ft tall. Weighing 200 LBs, sporting a well-built athletic figure despite his age, seemingly in his early 50's. His accent may alternate between a stereotypical Scottish accent and a stereotypical American Southern accent. He typically wears a dirty and wrinkled white button-down dress shirt. Along with a black tie. His garb conceals an extensive collection of tattoos, seemingly gang-related. He is completely bald, and typically hides this by wearing a simple blue cap. He maintains a scraggly beard styled in a goatee. He walks in a slight limp at all times.
