Suggestion: Fire is extinguished by water
Why it would be worth adding: Will help in certain situations where fire cannot be properly extinguished

We don't have a need for this at the moment since there isn't any actual ways you can catch on fire. When we do add vFire though, we may add this.
But for now, Denied.
