Suggestion: Requests ping a location for CPs

Suggestion: CPs will see a waypoint where a request is made with the /request message.
Why it would be worth adding: Help CPs not just rely on hearsay locations.
Necessary content: Coding to make a waypoint go down wherever the request is made.

That's the point of the requester. It's just a radio transmitor. Nothing more

This is kind of an IC thing that could be passed, but even then, I'd rather not do that as it would kind of throw people who want to do some tricky things with request devices and cps under the bus.
