Suggestion: A description for a character's voice which can be used when an unrecognized character speaks over a radio or other applicable means of communication.
Why it would be worth adding: It'd make more sense in my opinion, you can't tell my a person's voice that they're wearing a tuxedo with a red bow-tie, this system would make IC anonymity easier, which would be a godsend for the rebelRP / crimeRP scene.
