Suggestion: Make significant changes to the current Loyalty System.
Make DCD easier to get. Currently DCD is only obtainable for "showing outstanding loyalty", "greatly assisting the Union's actions" or saving an important person's life... whatever all of these things mean. And even if you do one of those incredible things, it's not guaranteed that you will get DCD. Units can give DCD at their own discretion. It's almost as if DCDs were medals or awards, and not what they're essentially supposed to be - loyalty points. Alternatively, you can spend FIFTY WORKFORCE COUPONS to get ONE DCD. That's right. You have to either do something extraordinary and virtually impossible FIVE TIMES, or spend TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY of your precious sustenance coupons just to be considered a loyalist and get a symbolic 20 token reward. That's just Kafkaesque. And do keep in mind that you only get one or two WFCs per workshift. Hah.
As I mentioned above, with the current loyalty system in place, it's very hard or maybe even impossible to get a higher loyalty tier without spending hours upon hours kissing CP asses and snitching on people. This means that there will not be a stable intake of CWU, CMU and CP characters. People who even bother going through all of that effort to get a higher loyalty tier aren't guaranteed to join a loyalist faction. This means two things:
1. Best case scenario, the server will have a god-awful CP/CWU/CMU/Citizen ratio for an indefinite amount of time, especially if the server starts becoming more popular and getting more active players.
2. Worst case scenario, the people who applied for those factions pre-launch will be the only members of their factions for days, maybe even weeks. If those people get bored of their faction, leave or otherwise become inactive, it could mean the death of the faction/death of the server.
Now, I'm not saying that you should make the loyalty system the good old HL2RP system where there are 50 loyalty tiers and you get Loyalty Points for pretty much anything, but in our situation, that system would be much better than our current one. Just rework it, please.
Why it would be worth adding: See above
