The Official Movement policy has never been written down, it is quite an honor to be the one who is writing it. The content of this manifest is highly inspired by the work of the founder of Movement Adam Schulze. The group was made back in 2016 2 years before the revolution in Pripyat 2018-2024.
Our culture
Adam Schulze has often said the Movement is a humane organization, it is bound to the old values of our democracy and our western values before the Combine occupation. Each Movement member should be fully aware of their uniform and their reputation. You are under our organization so behave like one of us.
Values and Rules
Each successful organization has rules and values without order our goals will never be achieved. Our main value is that the individual's freedom is in the center, however, that so-called center is open for all life forms. The movement has a strong relationship with forgiveness. However, The Movement is also following the old Democratic Judicial Systems.

Stay human and love the human
The Combine
The Movement was created to protect humanity. And the Combine is against the human race. It is quite hard in these times to know what's right and wrong. The Combine has specifically aimed to establish a totalitarian regime, that's why The Combine is filling the media with propaganda and our freedom of speech is totally eradicated. I don't need too much proof to show that this is a militarized violent regime. They use fear and violence as their tool to enslave the entire human race. And on top of this, our own freedom to even love has been eradicated. ( Suppression Field)

Violence and Force
You might ask yourself why the Movement uses weapons and violence. Its a quite a difficult topic but the Combine didn't let us use any other option. There is no democracy anymore, the enslaved human is not allowed to speak, so it needs to rise up before it's too late. Violence against civilians is strictly prohibited. A gun can destroy more than just one life. Keep that in mind.
The time has come
The downfall of the Movement has arrived
And the history will be edited
Our lives will not go down in history
Because this history will never be told to the public.
But do not fear.
Because in our lives we have created change.
The smallest act against the CCA is a victory.
And from the ashes of the revolution brave men and women will triumph
and fight the daily terror of the Combine.

Because my brothers and followers will know.
that I fought,
that I Resisted.
That I gave my life for the future of humanity.
And while my soul will leave my body.
